Each meal is designed for ease or for one-handed eating. Our family-size dinners go straight from the freezer to the oven and can be heated through in under an hour. 

Every ingredient is intentional, and carefully sourced. We use organic when possible, and strive to source as local as possible. Many items are allergen friendly and you will never find seed oils, refined sugars, or "fillers" (gums, protein powders, emulsifiers, preservatives) in anything we make. Everything is from-scratch, down to the stock.
