We hand select each Ranch we work with based on our high standard of quality and service so that all of our beef is ranch-specific Alberta beef. Currently featuring Certified Benchmark Angus Beef. AAA quality cuts with prime grade also available. All natural and humanely raised cattle. Steroid free; gluten free.
Chef breaks down and cuts all items by hand to ensure quality of each cut. Weights for each cut are based on average size and may vary slightly. All steak cuts come in vacuum sealed packs for longevity and freshness of product. Pack sizes vary.
Bountiful Chef mostly focuses on Steak Cuts but Primal Cuts (For example: Brisket, Prime Rib, Short Rib, Roasts, Striploin, Eye of Round etc) are also available. Looking for something in particular? Send us a message!
