The bread itself is lightly sweetened with maple syrup, and the streusel features coconut sugar. A bread (cake) that you can feel good about eating for breakfast, or any time of day.
Fun fact: Our founder and owner created this recipe when she was pregnant and diagnosed with gestational diabetes and craved something on the sweeter side as a bedtime snack. This bread kept fasting blood sugar levels low and was the perfect treat at the end of a long day making a human!
