INGREDIENTS: Free-Range Eggs, Sunworks Farms Honey Breakfast Sausage (gf), Cheddar Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Spinach, Kale

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Heat from frozen or defrost. Preheat oven to 400F. Best if wrapped in parchment paper first, and then wrapped in aluminum foil to prevent sticking. Heat until warmed to desired temperature (about 20-30 minutes).
