A light, bright take on the OG healer- chicken soup. Packed full of vegetables and featuring filling, healthy fat from creamy coconut milk sourced to only include coconut and water! No fillers, emulsifiers or other additives.
This soup packs big flavor while being lightly accented with lime, cilantro, and other Thai-inspired ingredients.
Ingredients: In-house made Chicken Stock, Coconut Milk (Coconut, Water), Light and Dark Chicken, Onion, Garlic, Carrot, Ginger, Red Bell Pepper, Fish Sauce (GF), Soy Sauce(GF), Bok Choy, Organic Crimini Mushroom, Spinach, Cilantro, Lime, Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil
Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Nut Free
REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Reheat from frozen. Preheat oven to 400F. Remove plastic lid from container. Cover container with foil. Place container directly on oven rack. The container should not leak, but to prevent any leaks, condensation, or spills when moving, you can place a baking sheet on a rack below the container. Alternatively you can also place the container on a baking sheet, but the reheating time will be longer. Check after 30-45 minutes, stirring to mix any colder areas. The center of the meal will be the last to warm through. Keep covered until desired temperature is reached. Your meal should be warmed through in about 45-60 minutes. Every oven is different and times are approximate.
You can also allow to defrost overnight and reheat from a lower temperature (350-375F). Reheating time will be less (approximately 30 minutes).
