One of our "dinner starter" options, these deliciously not dry salmon cakes have so much flavour they don't even need a sauce! Perfect as a light appetizer, with a salad for lunch, or the main attraction at dinner. Simply serve with your favorites.

Serving suggestion: With a green salad and rice or roasted lemon dill potatoes.
Ingredients: Wild sockeye salmon, free-range egg, almond flour, onion, garlic, lemon, green onion, celery, bell pepper, house-made avocado oil mayo, spices, lemon, dill, parsley

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 400F, wrap in aluminum foil and place on baking sheet. Allow to warm in the oven for about 30 minutes. If reheating more than 1-2, your reheating time will be a bit longer. Check for desired temperature after 20 minutes.
